Yssel-Supérieur

Description

Yssel-Supérieur was the name of a département of the First French Empire in the present Netherlands. It was named after the river IJssel. It was formed in 1810, when the Kingdom of Holland was annexed by France. Its territory corresponded with part of the present Dutch province Gelderland. Its capital was Arnhem. Go to the map ⬆⬆
