Seo de Urgel (en catalán y oficialmente La Seu d'Urgell; antiguamente Urgell o Ciutat d'Urgell) es una ciudad y municipio español, situada en los Pirineos catalanes, capital de la comarca del Alto Urgel, cabeza del partido judicial, sede del Obispado de Urgel y fue sede del antiguo Condado de Urgel, antes de su expansión al sur.
